Jo has previous experience in successfully identifying and delivering a variety of project types, sizes and budgets.

The projects have been client led and delivered through collaboration with key stakeholders, early and ongoing community engagement, navigating internal and external approvals processes, tender and contract appointment, risk management, KPI reporting, liaison with procurement, legal, finance and grant funding sources, all were unique with their own challenges.

What we've been up to?

​​Working closely with our clients, we identified their needs, budgets and timelines and successfully delivered their projects:

So far we've 
  • Created Whole Estate Plans (WEP)
  • Obtained over £30k grant funding since July 24
  • Identified projects that would be eligible for grant funding
  • Prepared, submitted and liaised throughout grant process 
  • Supported the Woodland Management Plan (WEP) (Year 1) for timber harvesting and claimed the returns. 
  • Reviewed WEP and now preparing for years 2-5
  • Reviewed suitability of dwelling and building plot for planning, sale or auction 
  • GIS mapping and registered assets to ensure they can claim for grants
  • Prepared year end accounts

Acted as agent for: Rural Payment Agency (RPA) Land assembly, Planning support, Building control, Property sales, Auctions, Contractors, Acted as liaison for formal legal, financial, structural, architectural and accounting support​
