Harbro Project Solutions was founded by Jo Deacon (MCIOB), a dedicated professional with over 30 years of a diverse range of project delivery experience, effective stakeholder engagement, key collaboration and community involvement within the public and voluntary sector in Hertfordshire with a passion for driving social, economic, and sustainable improvements through the diverse projects she delivers.

With a strong background as a Trainee Legal Executive, former Civilian and Special Constable within the Police Service, a CILCA qualified Parish Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) and most recently as a Local Authority Officer, delivering regeneration and new build housing projects and preparing for a new 'Garden Community'.
 
Having gained invaluable property refurbishment and development, landlord management and financial asset protection skills whilst supporting friends and family,  she is now eager to extend her expertise to other sectors, supporting large organisations, individual businesses and homeowners achieve their goals and keep their projects on track.

We understand the importance of keeping to your business goals, managing internal and external pressures to meet targets, sticking to budgets, providing quality services and ensuring that your staff don't become overwhelmed with additional workloads.  So we are here to help keep your projects on track by providing temporary cover during those busy periods and provide project management support for your ongoing workstreams
